Strength coaching built around you
Whether you're returning to training, building strength at any stage of life, or navigating changes like perimenopause or menopause, I'll build a plan around how you actually feel and perform. Women and men are both welcome, and every programme is adapted to the individual.
I'm a personal trainer, not a medical professional. I don't diagnose or treat conditions, and I'll point you to your GP where that's the right next step.
Why I Coach the Way I Do
I'm Jags, a Level 3 qualified personal trainer. Before coaching, I worked as a data analyst, report developer and supply chain analyst, and completed an MBA. That work was about cutting through noise to find what actually moves the numbers, and explaining it clearly. It's how I coach: Evidence, not overwhelm.
I back that up with CPD training in gut microbiome and human health, and in the menstrual cycle in exercise and training, plus a foundation knowledge of how stress, hormone and metabolic systems interact with training. I translate the research into plain language and practical steps, with no fear-mongering, no gadget-worship and no finger-pointing.
My belief is simple: your body tends to do its best work when your training, food, sleep and stress support it. Most quick fixes chase symptoms rather than causes, so we track your training data, adjust to how you actually feel, and keep the plan practical.

Objective, data-backed training frameworks tailored around your schedule and performance targets.
Food diary reviews are not suitable for everyone, including anyone with a history of disordered eating. Tell me before we start and we will skip them and adapt your plan.
In-person sessions take place at PureGym Stratford-upon-Avon and need an active PureGym membership. Remote coaching does not: train at any gym or at home.
